Filing begins Wednesday for those interested in running in the Wayne County primary election in Richmond and the towns around the county. Elsewhere in Wayne County, elections will be held for clerk/treasurer in Centerville, Hagerstown, Fountain City, Cambridge City, Dublin, Milton, East Germantown/Pershing and Greens Fork, along with races for certain seats on town councils in each of those communities.
