Indiana State Police on Saturday night issued a statewide Silver Alrt for a 76-year-old woman last seen in Cambridge City. Police describe Rhea Joyce Cash as a 76-year-old white female, 5-feet-9 and 165 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, last seen wearing green pajamas.
