<![CDATA[Dylan Brice Kettler RICHMOND, Ind. - Dylan Brice Kettler, age 22, of Richmond, was called home Friday, April 24, 2015, from Eskenazi Health in Indianapolis, Indiana, following a tragic vehicle accident. Born June 3, 1992, in Richmond, to Robert Raymond Jr. and Rebecca Jean Burden Kettler, Dylan spent most of his life in this area. He attended Richmond and Centerville schools. Dylan enjoyed music. He loved his family and friends and was known for his "big" hugs. Dylan was a giver with a "big" heart. He loved hanging out with his friends and family and going on adventures. Survivors include his mother, Rebecca Jean Kettler (her boyfriend, Chris Asher) of Richmond; father, Robert Raymond Kettler Jr. of Cambridge City, Indiana; son, Maddix Brice Kettler and his mother, Kimberly Kaiser, both of Richmond; five siblings, Dustin (Jessica) Robbins of Connersville, Indiana, Kiersten Robbins of Connersville, Indiana, Devin Baker of Centerville, Indiana, Brianna Slaton of Middletown, Ohio, and Payton Kettler of Florida; paternal grandparents, Robert and Joanne Kettler of Cambridge City, Indiana; paternal great-grandmothers, Myrtle Payne and Marilyn Kettler; nephews, Nolan Robbins and Carson Moore; aunts and uncles, Valerie and Andy, Kim, Debi and Andy, Teresa and Mike, and Brandon and Kathlin; cousins, Josh Smittkamp, Staci Redman, Bill Sidwell, Roger Sidwell, Victor Edson, Barbara Carter, Jarrod Brummett, Renee Boyce, Courtney Conyers, Cassi Parker, Courtney Carson, Cody Conyers, Caleb Carson, Leah Kettler, Alex Kettler, and Lilly Gard-Marshall; second cousins, Jostyn "Tyler" Sidwell, Mackinzie Sidwell, Alissa Edson, Jaydenn Duckworth, Keegann Carter, and Callee Carter; and many friends, including best friend Damon Daniels. He was preceded in death by his aunt, Barbara "Ellen" Leduc, and maternal grandparents, Joseph and Barbara Catron Burden. Visitation for Dylan Brice Kettler will be from 11 to 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 2, 2015, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond. A Memorial Service celebrating the life of Dylan will follow at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 2, 2015, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home with Rev. Ted Chalk officiating.
